If you have a c:\swgresurrection directory, this sometimes can cause the installer and launcher to not work properly on the first run.
Uninstall any old copies of the SWG Resurrection Launcher using the uninstaller and then manually delete the c:\swgresurrection directory.
Make sure you copy your c:\swgresurrection\profile directory so you have a backup of your macros and character options.
Submit a ticket if this does not fix the issue. Please make sure you are running a supported OS!
